Fully automated spot welding system with intelligent welding control IQR
Spot welding is a popular process in sheet metal processing and is used, for example, in body and vehicle construction. Precise alignment of the workpieces and ensuring a perfect connection are crucial in this process. Our fully automatic system ensures the highest precision and safety. Naturally, it is also equipped with the intelligent welding control IQR, which measures the progress of the weld in real time, enabling a direct response to changes in the process. Welding pipe bends with laser-guided seam alignment
Welding pipe bends requires the highest precision and a welding process that is as distortion-free as possible. Our welding robot is therefore supported by an optical laser that monitors the seam path. This allows the welding unit to adapt to changes in the seam path, and the advantages of laser welding also come into effect when welding pipe bends.
Compact cells welding and pasting
Do you anticipate changes in your manufacturing process or in the layout of your production facility? Then our compact welding cells are the right solution for you. These cells contain the welding and soldering systems individually planned and manufactured for you. If, for example, the spatial distribution of the production steps in your facility changes, you can easily relocate these cells along with their entire welding system, for example using a forklift or an overhead crane.
